Contacting our support department

You can contact our support department (for anything other than company policies) in various ways (everything is unified and will be registered with a reference number that will be received by e-mail):

  • Sending a mail to support@captio.zendesk.com. 
  • Writing in the support section of the mobile application itself (in Settings):

  • On the website itself by clicking on the blue button below right “Support” and "leave us a message":

  • Positioning yourself above your name on the right, entering the "support" section and then "submit a request":
