There are several reason why it may not be possible to upload the receipts to Captio. The most common is the lack of connectivity on the mobile phone.
If this happens, you will see receipts that remain with the Processing - Pending Upload status on your mobile phone. Remember that a receipt with the Pending Upload status has not been uploaded to the Captio servers, and therefore will not appear on the lists of receipts that you consult on the Captio Web portal.
When the mobile device recovers Internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data), Captio will automatically synchronise and upload the receipts that it had pending.
Sometimes the uploading problems with receipts are related to the use of outdated versions of the application.To rectify this situation, update the App on your mobile phone. You can check the latest version available at the following link.
